
We are a Christian couple who just happened to stumble across an eating lifestyle change where I lost 90 pounds while breastfeeding our baby girl and my husband lost 45 pounds and increased his muscle mass!
I do not believe in fad diets, diet pills, ketosis, etc. I was raised in that environment and don't want that for my children or yours! It is important to focus on health not the "f-a-t" word. I want to help each mom to learn about eating the right foods for their body, encouraging their body to drop the fat and keep the muscle.

I do not believe in starvation diets or daily calorie restrictions that can hamper your milk supply and leave you walking around hungry all day! When losing weight, there is a lot of mental and emotional issues that need to be cared for. You should not feel that you are bad or feel guilty for eating certain foods. You should not punish yourself for the extra pounds that childbirth left behind by not having some of your baby's birthday cake!
I want to show you how to participate in life while losing weight in a safe and healthy way while breastfeeding your baby! Working with me you will eat 3-4 times a day and then eat or drink a nutritional supplement 2 additional times. You will not go hungry working with me!! Why nutritional supplements? You need to feed your body what it needs, so it will let go of the fat stores that you don't want! ;) Don't worry, I will hold your hand every step of the way! I look forward to working with you!
